Burton Home Information Packs Ltd, is an independent company set up to help you through this new minefield of legislation, and to answer your questions if you are considering selling or buying a home.
The company was set up in collaboration with a number of Solicitors Practices in the Burton area to help simplify this new legislation for Home Buyers. Our objective is to provide you with your Home Information Pack, which you can then take to any Estate Agent, and then, if you wish, you may contact any of our partner Solicitors from the page on the left, to see you through the remainder of the Conveyance procedure.
Our team of experts will visit your property by appointment, and prepare all the necessary paperwork - providing all the Statutory Information and any optional documents that need to be added, and get it right for you, and we will make it easy for you. At the bottom left of the page, you will see a link to the Government Web Site which will give you the up to the minute situation regarding which properties will fall under this procedure. There is a shifting time-table at the moment, because as from August 1st 2007, all properties with four or more bedrooms will require the Home Information Pack, but at Christmas, this may reduce to three bedroom proerties, and later will encompass all homes.
